1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tra777 ("tra777", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of our website located at https://tra777.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account with tra777, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tra777 accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, GrabPay, and other methods as displayed on our deposit page. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) or other currencies we explicitly support. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

All funds deposited into your tra777 account must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject deposits from unverified sources and return such funds to the originating payment method, minus applicable transaction fees. Players attempting to use third-party payment methods may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Fees

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your tra777 account within minutes. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the policies of third-party payment processors. Bank transfers and certain payment methods may take 1-3 business days to process. tra777 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

Once deposited, funds are non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate transactions, or as otherwise required by law. If you deposit funds in error, you must contact our customer support team immediately. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require verification of the error.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to account verification, wagering requirements on bonuses, and these Terms. All withdrawal requests must be made through the cashier section of your tra777 account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made with customer support approval.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your account status, verification level, and payment method. Standard players have a maximum withdrawal limit of ₱100,000 PHP per transaction and ₱500,000 PHP per week. VIP players may have higher withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP tier benefits.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times and Fees

tra777 strives to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. However, processing times may extend up to 72 hours during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. Once approved by tra777, actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your payment provider and typically ranges from instant (GCash, Maya) to 1-3 business days (bank transfers).

tra777 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to a processing fee of 2% or ₱100 PHP, whichever is greater. Your payment provider or bank may also impose their own receiving fees, which are beyond tra777's control.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and international best practices, tra777 implements strict AML procedures. Players must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawals are permitted. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether bonuses were claimed. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement may be declined, and players will be instructed to meet the wagering threshold before resubmitting.

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals, unusual transaction patterns, or accounts displaying suspicious activity. This may include requesting additional documentation, source of funds verification, or temporarily holding withdrawals pending investigation. Cooperation with AML procedures is mandatory; failure to comply may result in account suspension and reporting to regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means ₱30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or be excluded entirely. 5.2 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

tra777 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantage, exploiting technical glitches to generate bonus funds, or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of promotional offers.

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and tra777 reserves the right to recover previously paid winnings obtained through abusive practices. Only one bonus can be active per account at any time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, and payment method.

5.3 Promotional Modifications

tra777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions or from all promotions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of terms. Decisions regarding bonus qualification, wagering calculations, and promotion eligibility are final and binding.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from tra777. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tra777, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use tra777 Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall tra777's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your tra777 account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tra777 Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and tra777.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties or appointed by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and tra777 regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by tra777 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
